- Registrations not accompanied by appropriate payments will not be honored until full payment is made.
- Confirmation will be sent upon clearance of payment.
- Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk.

General Cancellation
Refund of Registration Fees will be made upon receipt of a written notification to the congress secretariat,
as follows:
- Until March 22nd, 2010 - refund less 10%
- From March 23rd, 2010 to May 15th, 2010 - refund less 50%
- After May 16th - no refund
