Call for Abstracts
 
Please Note: Abstracts Submission Deadline has been extended to: January 20th 2010.
  Abstract Submission
Participants are invited to submit abstracts for presentation (oral or poster).Abstract received by January 15th, 2010 will be considered under the standard review process. Abstract will be used by the Scientific Program Committee for the composition of the scientific program. To ensure that your abstract is properly positioned in the program, if accepted, the abstract should clearly and concisely state the problem addressed, the methodology used and the main conclusions.

Submission Confirmation
An acknowledgement of the receipt of an abstract will automatically be sent to the presenting author by e-mail upon on-line submission. It is the responsibility of each individual to verify the acknowledgements and carefully review the abstracts.

Poster Guideline
The guideline for the poster presentations will be delivered individually after reviewing the submitted abstracts.

Official Language
All papers should be submitted and presented in English.

Typing Instructions
  • You may copy the contents of a Word Doc into the abstract body window.
  • In case your abstract includes a table, please follow the instructions on how to build it in the system
  • In case your abstract includes a picture, please upload them separately according to the instructions.


Title
The abstract title should be centered over the main border over the main body. The font is Times New Roman 12 point in bold. Abbreviation must not be used in the title.

  Authors
Author names should in 10 point bold with the name of the presenting author underlined. The name of each author must include the first name, followed by the last name. e.g. sun Shin Lee. No titles (Dr, MD, etc) should be added.

Author Affiliation
Author affiliations (institution, city and country) should be in 10 point Italic with regular line spacing. Authors from different institutions should be identified by superscript numerical index at the end of that author’s name. Indicate contact person with *(and provide his/her email address at the bottom of the abstract).

Text of the Abstracts
  • The abstract should be less than 350 words and within the text box provided.
  • To ensure that your abstract is properly positioned in the program, if accepted, the abstract should clearly and concisely state the problem addressed, the methodology used and the main conclusions.
  • Abbreviation must be defined by placing them in parentheses after the full word the first time they appear. Use numerals to indicate numbers except when beginning sentences.
  • Nonproprietary (generic) names, written in lower-case letters, are required the first time a drug is mentioned.
